All business processes were re-engineered, new policies developed, new staff recruited & trained, change management facilitated, improved corporate governance implemented based upon King 2 recommendations and new board of directors appointed.
Company: Harare Energy Centre Sector: Retail in paraffin Project: Activities and involvement around start-up support to owners. Designed processes, raised funding, provided ongoing support to owners around labour relations, cash flow management, internal controls and business expansion.
Company: Southern Cross Carriers Sector: Transport Project: Project was related to start-up support and business model design for multimillion rand business involving logistics transport by road. Financial modelling and raising venture capital in excess of R100m.
